My daughter has just turned 17 and is going to Australia from NZ looking for work. Does she have to be 18 or need parents consent before being employed in Aussie?

  1. It varies state to state. In Qld if you are under 15 you need parental consent.

  2. No 17 year olds can be gainfully employed without parental consent.
