Purchased a Emerson Jumbo universal remote control. Have 56" Sony HD Tv, When setting codes, unit went blank and now screen will turn green for a few seconds when the unit is turned on then go blank. I have unplugged unit several times, even left unplugged overnight. Cannot get the with either old remote or new remote. No 800 number on product packaging or directions. Very frustrating, can you help? Thank You
