  1. Banana is a good binding agent.

  2. 1 box cake mix

12 oz can soda / any flavor

    cool whip or whipped cream

mix cake mix and soda, bake as directed. Top with cool whip.

  3. I usually have really good luck with corn starch, when I use those cake mixes..

Use about 1 1/2 T corn starch per egg, and 2 T extra water

make sure you grease and flour the cake pan REALLy well, to prevent sticking and breaking, when you try to remove the cake from the pan..

  4. Other substitutes are bananas, applesauce, canned pumpkin (sound gross but you can't even tell), pureed prunes, soy and bean flour, cornstarch, grounded flaxseeds, tofu (usually silken)... that's all I can think of! Here's some measurements.

1/4 cup applesauce, pureed prunes, or pumpkin = 1 egg

    1/4 cup tofu = 1 egg

    2 tbsp corn starch = 1 egg

    2 tbsp arrowroot flour = 1 egg

    2 tbsp potato starch = 1 egg

    1 heaping tbsp soy powder + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg

    1 tbsp soy milk powder + 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg.

    1 banana = 1 egg in cakes.

  5. What ingredients are already in the cake mix?
