E85 fuel in a scooter?

can I use E85 in my '08 Honda Ruckus 49cc scooter?

buy some E85 and add it to your gas.  Even though pure acetone melts some plastic, rubber, ect, i know a guy who adds a tinnnny bit to all his gas.  Really cleans the fuel system.  Add fuel stabilizer (very important in a moped)  Add methanol.  Add store bought fuel cleaner.  Bikes are jetted small for USA emmisions so get a bigger jet anyway.    I add propane to my fuel though the carb.  Not cheaper but burns VERY clean.
