  1. but it's not something that should occur if you bought this lens new. A well made lens should not be showing such problems, so maybe a sign of poor quality control in the factory. Maybe a cause for you to make a complaint to the factory or claim for warranty replacement.
    If you bought it second-hand, then it may be a symptom of neglect or poor storage by previous owner, and you may not be able to make such a claim (warranty may not exist or have expired).

    I would NOT recommend you fixing it yourself. Lenses require fairly specialised skill to repair. Look for a good reputation optical repair technician to do this sort of stuff, if you can't get the Albinar agent or factory (whoever / wherever they may be) to sort it out.
