  1. A few things that help...

I was 5’1 at 24. now I am turning 25 in a month and I am 5’6. I grew the most during this summer because I actually started using super-growth .

the following helped me and still help:

    1) Drinking at least 2 big glasses of milk a day.

2.) playing basketball and going swimming. Basketball really helps, and you should also work out your calves and thigh muscles, that helps too.

3)Eat alot, because when I started to get taller I didn’t gain a pound but I looked skinnier.

    4) www.sgheight.com this is another natural solution to grow taller and quicker

  2. Nothing can make you grow taller girl.sorry

  3. It dosn't really make you taller, but it helps you stay your height in old age. It also helps with cell growth =D!

If you want to be taller, try yoga to stretch your muscles.. the earlier you start the better. My fiancee has been doing it ever since he was a little kid (he's 19 now) and he's 6'3".. and no, it DOSN'T run in his family XD!

  4. To help your destined normal growth you need plenty of protein (meat), calcium (milk) and zinc (red meat, oysters, mussels and nuts) and a deficiency can stunt it.

Vitamin D helps to absorb more calcium and without vitamin D your body can not absorb any calcium.  There is some vitamin D in dairy products but most of it comes via the Sun.  Vitamin D certainly helps your bone growth and bone health and together with calcium, protein and zinc helps you to grow to your destined peak height.

  5. Calcium adds to the strength and growth of bones. Vitamin D helps calcium absorb better. These should be taken together for best results. Look for supplements that contain both.

    good luck!
