  1. Scam. They sell you their software and then you never meet the criteria to get paid.

    If you aren't trained, you're better off paying to get some quality training from CareerStep, the Andrews School or M-Tec. You will have to do it on your own, but once you're trained by a good company there will be the chance to find a legitimate company to hire you. No one does on the job training for medical transcription from scratch.
