Do you think he likes me...?

So...of course, there's this guy I like. I gave him a surprise visit at his office the other day, as I happened to be in town. He invited me to one of his performances (at a small dinner theatre) and told me to sit down in the front so he could pull me up on stage. Unfortunately, all those seats were sold out, but I was in the next row. I got pulled on twice by other people lol but because he was all the way on the opposite side (the tables went all around the stage) he couldn't come all the way over to me. But still, I had a great time. I noticed that while he was performing, he'd sneak glances at me and smile. *blush*

Anyways, he took me out to lunch the next day, and we talked about stuff. Lots of stuff. Anyways, he said something to the effect of "well, there's a job opening where I work, if you want me to put in a word for you..."

I think he's really cute but I don't want to just put myself out there like that. I mean if he likes me he'll say so, right...?

He might be shy so wouldn't want to say it out right. Just continue to spend time together and he'll probably feel more comfortbale and don't be afraid of making the first move. You could miss out on something rdeally special.

Yeah, and unless you really need a job I wouldn't want to work with someone I liked. Unless that's your way of spending time with him. He must be interested in you if he invited you to his gig, and to lunch. He's just being sweet by offering you a job too. Suggest some other activity with him and see what he says. Like have you seen this movie? I really want to see it but none of my friends will go. Something like that, if he jumps in and volunteers you know he likes you. If not he might not, or he could be shy, and unsure of your feelings too. Good luck! Sounds like you too are happy.

I think you better make the first move before you end up as best friends. Just act really affectionate like grab his arm and what not when you are speaking. Also, compliment his clothes. If it takes too long, make the compliments more flirtatious.
