  1. She had something to do with the painkillers that Heath overdosed with.

    Answer: Yes, she sold him the medication!


  2. Yeah she did.  You don't ask for immunity from prosecution unless you did something that could be interpreted as illegal when you have $1,000 dollar an hour lawyers on retainer.  i guarantee if she didn't have something to do with how he got those painkillers she covered up the evidence.
