Not really as I've got a dodgy knee (I fell off the shed trying to extricate my daughter's pet hamster from the cat's jaws) but it depends whether it's a mixed run ie: male and female competitors.  Mixed-s*x runs are favourable especially if organised by the bank itself as it gives all employees the chance to see top management and their line manager/manageress's hairy legs and underwear in the changing rooms  Single s*x runs can be quite boring I understand but naturally this is dependent upon your own persuasion, but as a general rule if it's all women running all they tend to do is moan about is their kids or husbands and all the guys talk about is s*x or sport.  Naturally the upside to mixed runs is that it is a great way to meet people of the opposite s*x, it's usually free and avoids going to all those internet s*x sites.
