    Ewes' milk is used in the production of cheese and yogurt in many upland parts of the world.     Sheep testicles - called animelles or Lamb fries in culinary terms - are considered a delicacy in many parts of the world. They are sometimes confused with Rocky Mountain oysters which are exclusively the testicles of boars or bulls.
