i going to vietnam for tourist did you think i need to bring the birthcertificate of my kids even tourist in vietnam

The name of the father and the mother of the child appears in most birth certificates.  This information along with the data in the passports will prove that the child is your son / daughter.

I would suggest you bring the birth certificates.  A few pieces of paper would not add much to your hand carried baggage.

Just to bring it the passport only if you and your children to travel in the out of the country like Vietnam...Well in my experience to travel in Singapore with my mom and my aunt to visit with my cousins ....there's a no problem about of our documents during to travel there and there is no a required to having a visa in the Asian countries except China,Japan etc.

No! When we visited Vietnam we did not bring any and they were not necessary.  What you need is passport. And visa if your country is not included in the visa free for Vietnam (Asean countries are visa free)

For Guri: thats a widespread problem with officials and other people in position of authority in Philippines.  They like to make up their own rules and because there is no oversight, they usually get away with it. Who brings their marriage contract around with them all the time? Thats ridiculous.
