  1. You can use the site below to find out.  Just enter your nationality, enter the nation you are an alien resident in, enter the destination, and click for the info.

  2. Yes a Visa will be needed to Visit Both Peru and Chile

For the Peru Tourist Visa you will need

    Tourist Visa

Must fill the visa form; attach a copy of the passport and American visa or residence, along with a letter of the place of work, study or other.

Once the authorization is granted, the visa will be fixed on the passport, showing the air ticket or booking and having a valid passport for the length of the trip.

The visa cost is US $ 30.00, paid in cash or money order on the name of Consulado General del Peru.

If the request is made by mail, a FedEx pre-paid envelope with name and address should be included.

You will be issued a tourist card upon entry, which is valid for up to 90 days.

    For the Chile Visa

    You will need

    I) Application form: Please complete the form in typed or printed block capital letters using blue or black Ink. Please date and sign the form.

    2) Clear Photocopy of your Passport, which should have a period of validity for at least six (6) months. Other travel documents require expiration dates of at least six (6) months too. Please make sure that your passport or travel document has sufficient blank pages to affix both the visa and the subsequent entry and exit stamps for Chile.

    3) One recent color passport size photograph (no scans, no hats, no scarves, and no sunglasses).

    4) Photocopy of the document establishing your Immigration Status in the USA, indicating permission to re-enter the USA after your trip (not necessary for US citizens). Examples include: Permanent Resident Card, Valid US visa (e.g., H1B, Fl), Advance Parole Document.

    5) Confirmed Flight Reservation, if applicable (You may reserve flights but do not purchase the ticket before the Visa Is Issued).

    6) Proof of accommodation, e.g. hotel reservation, if known. If you are staying with family or friends, submit a letter of invitation as described in point number nine (9) below.

    7) Employment Letter / Confirmation of Employment. For Vacation: State your length of stay.

    Best of Luck!
