Did anyone in Toronto, Canada just feel a tremor?

I was talking through some of my friends through phone/msn messenger, and all of them were suddenly startled and claimed they felt a huge tremor, some even twice. I just heard a bunch of sirens go off shortly after they said this, they live in Eglinton, Wynford, and I live in Flemindon Park but I felt absolutely nothing. One of my friends who lives two buildings ahead of me said he also felt it.

at bayview eglinton...my desktop PC and laptop and floor started to rattle...lasted about 10 seconds

Yes, central west area of Toronto. My laptop screen started shaking back and forth and then I heard cracking all over the house, like someone really big was walking around upstairs. It wasn't as strong here as it seems it was in other areas.

Im in the Coxwell and Gerrard area, and wondered what the heck i was feeling.  It felt like someone had jangled my chair under me.  The stove in the kitchen was moving, and the pictures on the walls were moving for about 15 seconds.  I'm just a short distance from Lake Ontario (less than 1/2 mile).  Nothing reported on any of the news sites (yet) but i doubt it was more than a 3 on the scale.  Phew...i thought i was the only one!

Yes, almost 10 minutes ago. It was strong too, lasted about 30 to 40 seconds. I'm in my 6th floor apartment and I could feel the whole place shaking from side to side. I could here stuff on my shelves rattling and my door chain swinging against my front door as well.

Yes - there was a definite tremor that lasted about 10 to 15 seconds. My whole house was shaking - you could feel the earth move, baby!

I live in Bloor West Village and my whole house was just shaking like crazy?  Was that an earthquake?
