Did Higgins deserve his Welsh Open victory?

John Higgins was in breathtaking form at the Newport Centre throughout the duration of the tournament and thoroughly deserved to win the 2010 Welsh Open.

A 9-4 victory in the final against Ali Carter was a fair result. It was the second time the Scot has now won the rankings event.
