Concerning Yellow Bug Lights, are Flourescent Lights more EFFECTIVE at detering bugs than Incandescent ones?

I know that the Flourescent lights are more cost effective and efficient, but I want to know which is more EFFECTIVE or if either actually works better if if there is a difference at all.

Randy,   I don't ever recall reading any articles regarding the difference. Bugs are attracted to the whiter lights and also somewhat toward the heat they generate. In that regard the flourescent is cooler, bulb is cheaper to operate and will last longer.
