Chinese cooking?

Question

well there is this restaurant in China Town

in New York where they serve this really

good meal.

its shaped like a rectangle & its the clearish

sort of thing they cover shrimp dumplings in.

it has 2 shrimp inside and brown sweetish

sauce pured on it.

can anyone tell me what this is called?

(its in one of those restaurants where

they walk around with the carts & ask

you if you want any of the food on

the cart)
