  2. it doent matter where u give ur vaccine to the baby.. only thing is that baby is treated with vaccine or not.. need not to dose here for now.. bcos generally children below the age five are given 2 dropsof polio vaccine twice in a year and ur first dose of this over.. as it is 6 months baby need to over dose... follow ur vaccines regularly and also on time..
