Chicago White Sox’s coaching staff upbeat for next MLB season – MLB News
News is coming that the Chicago White Sox’s coaching staff is looking in good spirits ahead of next regular season in the League. Currently in Arizona, the White Sox coaching staff is working hard with their 40-man roster in 2012 Major League Baseball Spring Training.
With new team manager Robin Ventura, experts believe that certainly the team is looking in great shape going with new confidence. This is also speculated in the media as with Ventura, the White is preparing a different offensive strategy and in the Spring Training, that very approach will be tested.
According to Ventura, this is also a possibility that the team will decide an entire different strategy before going into a new season. The offensive strategy might turn into a defensive approach in order to obtain good results next season.
On the other hand, in a different statement, he explained with great brief issuing a note the media, “I believe if I have Harold (Baines) in charge of the outfield, Harold is in charge of the outfield, I'm not going to deal or want to go out there and tell him how to do things. He's in charge of that. Joe (McEwing) is in charge of the infield. Mark (Parent) and Mark (Salas) are on the catchers. I do like being able to walk around and input things. But as far as getting on guys and putting them in drills, they're doing that."
White Sox most definitely are trying to seek some objectives before the start of the season. First they want to win enough games in Spring Training before going into the rush of Major League games and secondly they want to give some confidence to their pitchers who performed ordinary last season.
These two initial objectives are not difficult. They just need to focus on tough opponents and analyze the approaches of their average opponents to produce quality output next season. Though the White Sox management has very little time to implement all these strategies, but if they do gain some success on implementing all these late strategies, the level of performance will be enormous.
