Chances at UW-Madison?

Question

I have a 3.947 gpa(out of 4.0), I got a 28 on my ACT my 1st try(I registered to retake it) I play basketball(9-10) volleyball(9-12), and will be a basketball manager senior year. I am in Spanish Club and National Honor Society. I plan to join DECA senior year next year I am taking AP Chemistry AP European History CAPP Composition 2 and CAPP Advanced A Spanish Upon receiving an A or B in Composition 2(which is almost guaranteed) I will get 3 college credits Upon receiving an A or B in Advanced A Spanish(which is almost guaranteed) I will get 18 credits I traveled to Mexico on a school trip and lived with a family and went to a cultural school there for 5 days, I received .5 credit. I attend a public WI school My rank is 16/314 I have received academic awards a varsity letter and a teacher recognition awards in Spanish and math I will be volunteering at the humane society and Diabetes Center. This summer I attended Constructing Your College Experience at Duke University.

Looks good to me, particularly since UW is a public school. Also, you have excellent grades, good scores, played sports,maage a team, in clubs and the honor society, have done AP courses, speak Spanish, and have traveled!!! They'd be stupid to turn you down!!!
