Carlo Ancelotti blames lack of confidence for Chelsea’s defeat to Wolves
Chelsea’s manager Carlo Ancelotti has gone on to admit that the reason for the recent slump in his team’s form, is down to the fact that they lack confidence. In fact the team’s confidence seems to be at such an all time low, that they went on to taste defeat

The only goal of the game was scored via http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 full back, Jose Bosignwa as the defender went on to beat his own keeper on the fifth minute mark, to give the home side a one goal advantage. For the remainder of the eighty five minutes, Wolves went on to
defend with great tenacity to keep the reigning Champions of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Didier-Drogba-c11044 went on to smack a thunderous effort against the post in the second half of the game.
As a result of the game, Chelsea are now in the fifth spot, one spot shy of fourth spot Tottenham. This poor run in from has seen the team win just one game in their previous nine outings in the Premier League.
After the defeat Ancelotti is reported to have said:"I do not feel good because it is a very difficult moment.
“We did not start the game well and we conceded a goal. We tried to play our football and at times we played good football and had an opportunity to draw.”

After the team walked off the pitch last night, one of the major speculations that started to re-emerge, were the ones involving the Italian manager’s future at the club. Prior to the game, Ancelotti was reported to have stated that he was confident that
his side would walk away with the three points, however, as we all know that was not the case.
It will be interesting to see if Ancelotti can fight for his spot in the team’s management or if he’s going to be shown the boot on the coming few days.
