Can a real estate agent/investor?

Question

We put a contract on a house and then the sellers realtor went lease with option. we already put 1500 with contract now he cutting trees down that don't need to be chop and we wanted them and mowing the grass. we went to look at the house today with our realtor and he let us in. He was very rude and have sign posted on the property still. Is this allowed???
