  1. No, you have to check and see if the car came with any type of warranty.  If not, go to the dealer, be very nice, and explain what is going on.  Don't demand to give the car back.  There are no returns is auto sales and you cannot get your money back.

  2. Check to see if your state has a lemon law.  Some states have provisions for the return of a vehicle.  You must check with your state attorney general office.  Otherwise no.

  3. depends if you have a warrenty or not, if you bought it as/is no

  4. The car place maybe legally does not have to help you however I would still call and talk to your salesman and see if they will have it looked at for you and help you with the repair since it has only been a week

    it is worth trying

  5. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

You can't sign a contract then want it ripped up cause you don't like the car!!!!!

The only way to get out of the contract is if the dealer lets you..... and I highly doubt they would.

You should have paid $100 or so and had the car checked it by a qualified mechanic.

    It's your problem now.

  6. Short answer: No. Long answer: You are supposed to determine the condition of a vehicle before you buy it. Used cars are sold "as is", meaning what you bought is what you got. There are no returns on any car deal unless the dealer offers a return privilege. Get the car repaired and drive it.

  7. 1. There is no such thing as lemon law on a used car!

    2. Did you buy a warranty on the vehicle?

A used car sold without a warranty is sold as-is. meaning that if the car breaks in half when you pull off of the lot YOU OWN BOTHS HALFS!!!!!!

Cars are machines they all break! Next time buy a warranty!

  8. nope

    it's yours

the lemon law only applies to new cars.

you can contact your better business bureau and local DMV.

unless you have a written warranty your stuck with it.
