Can I fit Volvo 850 headlights in a Volvo 940

Question

I have a Volvo 940 and I don't really like the shape of the headlights. I would like something less rectangular in shape. I was looking at the 850s and was wondering if it was possible to put 850 headlights in a 940.

no no no wont fit  the mounting clips are off is yours the 1 straight light  big and duffy???maybe U can use he 940 gl lights/w the fog lights next to the grille, but U hve to take that  whole mounting bracket to make it fit    OR U can make the 850 lights fit but in a bootleg way using bread twisty ties and glue and tape hahaha    OR U can cut the front nose OFF and use the front nose of a 960 and you will need the whole front ie; bumper fenders hood bumper support and the wiring,,,R U READY,,,
