 I would see a massage therapist or reflexology therapist. They may find an underlying problem. A massage therapist with acupressure back ground will or may find a problem in your arm which could be causing it or reflexologist would work on your feet to the corrosponding point. It is not medical science but looking at the body as a whole being.

In my experiences working on people what medical science cannot find eastern help has made a difference.
