I would say Arsenal.

(Arsenal Supporter) Traditionally people think Arsenal, however since the departures of Vierra and Henry I am not so sure. I actually think Villa have been on the big improve in this area, and whilst not consistently the best they are scoring a lot more goals in this manner.

As much as it pains me to say Man Utd and Chelsea are obviously very good at this, and anyone challenging for the title generally is.
