San Jose Del Cabo has so many great restaurants you

just can't go wrong.   The best thing is to get advice from other travellers once you get down there.  Restaurants can change management or cooks fairly frequently so what was a

great spot last year might be different this year.

I envy you the trip.  It is wonderful,especially San Jose for dining.
