What is the best way to learn Japanese? Are there any helpful and FUN sites?

The best way to learn Japanese is to be serious and dedicated to learning it. There's no way you can "Learn Japanese Quickly" to be completely fluent it would take you about 8 years. If you really want to learn the best way is to just sit down and to learn at your own pace 10-30 minutes a day should be a good start. Start by learning how to write and read hiragana and katakana then learn basic greetings and continue from there on.

Japanese is the most difficult language for a native English speaker to learn, so don't expect to learn it fast (especially with the thousands of kanji you have to memorize). The fastest way is to take classes and speak it as much as you possibly can. Find a japanese pen pal, or go for an extended trip to Japan and force yourself only to converse in Japanese. Websites will help practice, but none will really do a good job at teaching you all you need to know.

Learning a new language is always difficult but there are some things that you can do to make it a little bit easier. I've heard some really good things about Rosetta Stone, you should really look into it.
