  1. Depending on how much deposit you have, you can get a "true self cert" mortgage. This means that you sign a piece of paper declaring your income. (provided that you can afford the repayments)

  2. Not a chance of getting a Mortgage.

Banks today want to see a full accounting of your income and assets.

The days of the "Ninja" loans are gone.

    No Income No Job Assets.

    Good Luck

  3. To be blunt - in the current climate I can't see anyone giving you a mortgage without you being able to prove a steady and good income.

  4. No way round it. The banks need proof of your earnings before they can lend to you.

  5. Hi

Ring the Bank of Scotland.  They do what is called a 'self certified' mortgage, for people such as yourself who are self employed.  My husband and myself have used this facility for the last 10 years as we are self employed and accounts vary so much from year to year.

Ring them and have a chat.

    :)

  6. sorry, don't know anything bout the uk banking system
