Amoroso twin baby stroller

Question

I have an Amoroso twin jogging stroller with front swivel wheel. The wheel fork broke near the bearing. I need new fork assembly to repair. Can anyone tell me where to go to obtain Amoroso parts? Nothing found on Google search or looking for Amoroso home page. Who carries parts for these things??
