Adding a video clip in microsoft powerpoint?

ok look.. this is a mess. I neeed this particular clip in my powerpoint. So i recorded it from the net into my hp and then i blue toothed it to my PC. I played it with windows player and realplayer but both cannot be inserted into the power point they keep saying to verify if the path is correct. What to do?
