  1. ABS means anti-lock braking system. Not abs


  2. everybody wants abs, but no one is willing to work for them, and they never go on sale so you can't afford them. you have to take one step at a time, you can not get abs over night. if you follow simple steps you can get them, you have to work towards them everyday. doing situps will not help, first thing first take off the layers of fat that is covering them. so start by doing some cardio, and then start doing weight training, eat 3 simple meals a day, do not over eat. if you stay at it before you know it the fat from you belly will be gone, once you start to see some abs that is when you start doing situps, before that it is a waste of time and you will quit. because you will not see results. good luck you will need it. set some goals so you know how long it will take to see some abs and stick to it.
