    the requirements are:
    - b. cert (original and 2 xerox copies)

    - form 137 or transcript of records (original and 2 xerox copies)

    - 2 pcs. 1x1 id picture

    - certificate of the school to operate from your municipality (if u are from a private school)

    the exams are until the month of june, 2010 at dep.ed bldg. meralco ave. pasig city (near ULTRA)..

    i will take the exam this coming tuesday..
