Guide me to buy a motorcycle

My budget of max. € 4100 for disposal.
I should get that motorcycle (preferably new), insurance (+ registration), driving license and can buy helmet.

So I paid 1,500 euro for driver's license.Clothes cost, 500 euro with me at louis pants, jacket, gloves, helmet, back protector, kidney belt! And that, but not a cheap commodity and quality!Get machine used under 1000..Sollte so get out!Insure the best with your parents, then it is much cheaper!Star would be cool :) Lots of fun of course the drive!
