I reported a abusive/neglectful/drug addict parent to CPS. The parent became enraged, threatened my life, and stalking me. I reported the threats to the police. Will CPS include the police report in their investigation since the threats are result from the CPS investigation. Thank you.

  1. Yes they will..

  2. Yes, they will.  If not at the adjudicatory hearing [fact finding] of juvenile court then at the dispositional hearing.

I also hope you are keeping a specific journal to document any contact, threats, stalkings by those parents.  These should include date, time, location, incident, and any witness.  The journal can be presented to the police to back up a permanent order of protection and/or prosecuting the parents for intimidation and/or threats.

If you had reasonable cause to suspect abuse/neglect of a child, you did exactly the right thing and I applaud you!
