Our friends recommend Algonquin. We're thinking of going to Rock lake at Algonquin. Is that a good place to camp? Would like to go fishing and canoeing.

  1. Better book your reservations soon, although it may already be too late for Algonquin.  IF you're first time campers, you might want to stick with a more recreational park like Sibbald Point.  Its good for swimming too.

  2. Oastler provincial park is nice near Parry Sound

    Bass Lake

    Mikisew

Don't count on electrical sites...they're all booked.

  3. If you are not aware --consumption of alcohol is NOT permitted in all provincial parks so its great for the kids
