15 year old pregnant by 17 year old?

I live in Pennsylvania. i impregnated my 15 year old girlfriend when i was 17, 3 months before i turned 18. She will be 16 by the time she delivers. how much trouble would i be in if her parents press charges? jail time? I'm always going to be by her and am going to be there for our kid no matter what. she is approx. 4 months.

It depends on the AoC in your state. I personally think it's disgusting that some parents ruin a guy's life for having s*x with his girlfriend. Statutory rape laws should protect small children from rape and molestation, not teenagers from their teenage boyfriends/girlfriends.

If her parents are smart, they will realize you need to be in this kid's life instead of in prison or on a blacklist.

Just as long as you guys are not 4 years apart in age, and just as long as you both wanted to have s*x, i think its fine. I got pregnant when I was 15 and my boyfriend was 19, The school I went to had to report it because they were mandatory reporters, and the cops looked it over and said it was fine, because we were in a stable relationship, and nobody was forced into having s*x, but then again I live in a different state.
