  1. in order for gas to be at a price of 1.50 the supply would need to be increased.


  2. I dont really wanna hate but if you cant figure this out, maybe you should not graduate.  

    Think about it ,if a gas station is basically giving away gasoline, how long do you think they would have it?  

    Further, lets say you go outside today and there is a station selling gas for $10 a gallon.  Well, this guy has a great big surplus because there is no one at his station.
