There are now tooth brushes that have the end especially made to clean the tongue. There are also tongue cleaner at the Health food stores, that are made just for cleaning the tongue. Brushing it with the tooth brush after you have brushed the teeth is good,as well. Keep brushing and flossing !!

use a tongue cleaner/brush. you can buy them where you buy your toothbrush.

get a tongue scrubber that you can find at the back of your tooth brush use circular motions!!! with a lot of toothpaste
