There are various reasons why Jupiter can't support life. Its atmospheric environment is high in pressure, of strong gravity, strong winds, very cold and at temperature 250 degrees Fahrenheit below 0. Also, it sucks anything and everything that's around because of the gravitational force which means it will take in meteors, asteriods, comets, and other rocky materials travelling around its atmosphere.

Overall, this planet sounds very unfriendly to life as we know it on earth.
