Well Jimmy Choo is an expensive shoe, so you can bet that the Sole is leather.

In regards to the Heel,  they usually use Perspex ....(it a form of Acrylic,

they also use it in electric guitars) which is why the shoe has that Shiny almost plastic, fibre glass  look. Usually it comes clear ( like those high hooker shoes) but alot of companies have been coloring it since it is is highly durable and very hard.

Jimmy CHoo, has used wood soles in some of there styles, but these in the picture look like Perspex ,

they are made out of a special leather called patented leather
