How do you get Eevee In Diamond?Pokemon?

I heard there was 2 ways,go to that special garden place and talk to the guy everyday,how long do I have to do that?

 i got one from bebe in hearthome but if you've got a ditto (i have 4) then save before talking to her so if its a male you can turn it off and back on again till she gives you a female.

if you want to evolve it later on then: to evolve into:espeon make it have full happiness, then level it up in the day

umbreon: do the same as espeon but at night

flareon: use a firestone

jolteon: use a thunderstone (in sunny shore but if you already used that one look underground) 

vapoureon: use a water stone (use surf on that bit of sea on rout 213-by pastoria)

leafeon: level it up near the moss covered stone in eterna forest

glaceon: level it up near the ice covered stone near snowpoint
